The minimum order is £150 excluding VAT.

To make a trade account you must be a valid business. For example, have a company registration number, a valid business address, a website or a direct link to your social media that is already active.

Please enter all details correctly and give as much information as possible. 

If we cannot verify your business then we cannot approve your account. 

Your account may have been denied for a variety of reasons, such as, incorrect details, unable to locate your business or outside our shipping zones. 

We will usually send an email for any further information if required. 

If you feel that there has been an error, simply send us an email. 

To place an order you will have to create an online account, which will require authorisation by us.

You can also place an order over the phone if you are more comfortable or simply pop into our showroom where we can assist you further.

We believe that the products best represent you with your own style of photography, however if you would like to use our images please drop us an email.

Back orders are items that are temporarily out of stock awaiting delivery. If you purchase a item that is on back order your order will be held until the item is received. This will be no longer than 21 working days. If you have a larger order we will fulfil all the items in stock and dispatch as usually. We will contact you to keep you up to date. 

If you require the rest of your order earlier, please contact us to arrange this. 

Yes, if you have an account with us please send us an email with your mobile number.

Your order will be processed within 24 hours of being placed.

Most orders placed before 12pm will be dispatched same day.

Expect delays during busy periods, holidays and bank holidays.

Our courier delivers items next working day* for UK mainland orders . 

The delivery is tracked and will require a signature upon arrival.

If any delays are made you will be able to track everything online.

If you wish to make a BACS payment that can be arranged. Payment must be Transferred within 24hours or the order may be cancelled.

Yes, just click on arrange own delivery when checking out and we will let you know when your items are ready to be collected. Please do not arrange collection before we have been in touch. 

Every item will have a description of sizing to give you an idea. Items that are in sizes are sold in packs of full ratio.

We do not sell singular items. However, if you require a large quantity of a specific size get in touch to see if this can be done. 

We have many garments that are one-sized that means that they are suitable for a variety of sizes. We will specify in the item description if the sizing is petite, regular or plus size to give you an idea. For example petite may fit sizes 6 to 10.

If you require more information on item sizing beforehand just get in touch, we will be more than happy to assist you. 

If you cannot find you answer online then simply contact us, no enquiry is too small. If you don’t ask you will never know!

Yes of course! Simply click on collect whilst checking out and we will let you know as soon as your items are ready to collect. 

If you have any issues with your order please contact us within 2 working days to resolve any issues.

All items will be inspected before packaging to ensure there are no issues, however, from time to time mistakes can occur and we are more than happy to exchange or refund any items. Please contact us for any issues.

Refunds will not be given for unwanted goods, please read description well before purchasing and ask as many questions as needed. You must return the goods at your own risk and at your own cost within 1 week of contacting us. We will deduct 15% from returns for restocking and admin charges.
