Welcome to our website which is operated by Miss Inspire Ltd. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refers to Miss Inspire Ltd. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing, using any part of the site, or placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or place an order.

We reserve the right to revise and amend the website, our disclaimers and conditions at any time without notice to you. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether we have changed these Conditions.

Registration of trade account

You will require to register an account with us before viewing and placing an order. It is straight forward and should only take a few minutes. You agree that all the details you provide to us are true, accurate, current and complete in all respects.

You agree to notify us of any changes to the information provided on registration as soon as possible. You agree that you are over 18 and will make every effort to keep your password and account safe.

If your account is inactive for a period of time your account will be deleted, re-registration will be required. 

Formation of a contract

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If any items ordered are not available, you will be notified by email and you will have the option either to wait until the item is available, replace the item with another or to cancel your order. Items are sold in packs of variety of colours, size or prints, if one is unavailable another colour, size or print will be sent. Any order placed by you and paid in full constitutes an offer to purchase items from us.

Order Processing

All offers received are subjected to acceptance by us and we reserve the right to refuse any order placed by you at any time prior to acceptance.

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the details provided by you during the order process.

Once your order has been completed you will receive a confirmation. Confirmation means your order has fulfilled and dispatched.

Payment

The prices of the Goods are available to view on the website after an account is created and authorised.

Unless otherwise stated, the prices quoted exclude VAT which will be added to the total amount due from you at the rate applying at the time of delivery. 

Quotations expire 14 days after given.

By placing an order, you consent to payment being charged to your debit or credit card account once cleared the items will be dispatched.

Paypal payments will need to be cleared before items are dispatched. 

We reserve the right, by giving notice to you at any time before delivery to increase the price of goods to reflect any increase in the cost to us due to any factors beyond our control. 

Delivery

Delivery times are only an estimation and dependant on time of order, holidays, pre -orders and busy periods. Next day delivery is delivered between 8am to 8pm, however, please expect on rare occasion delays to be made by the courier, which are out of our hands.

You must inspect your items on delivery if any are damaged or not delivered then please let us know within 2 working days by phone or email.

Communication

We agree that emails can be used as a means of communication. You will be updated in regards to the website and your order via email.

Risk and Title

The Goods will be at your risk from the time of delivery.

Ownership of the Goods will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of them including VAT and the cost of delivery.

Personal data

Your submission of personal information through our website is governed by our privacy policy (on a separate page). 

Liability

If we are unable to perform our obligations to you because of circumstances beyond our control, we may cancel or suspend any of our obligations to you, without liability. For example natural causes, accident, fire, transport delays, strikes and other industrial disputes and difficulty in obtaining products.

Returns and cancellation

We do not accept returns on items unless they are faulty. If there is any problems with your order please contact us within 2 working days to discuss any issues. Please do not return items without our consent and knowledge. You must return the Goods at your own risk and at your own cost unless we offer to pay the cost of return within 5 working days.

You must return the goods to us in the same condition in which you received them with the original packaging.

If an order is cancelled by you before delivery but after processing a restocking fee of 15% will be charged against the order. This covers part of the costs of processing, packing the order, creating the invoices, replacing the stock upon cancellation, and all the administrative costs incurred for any cancelled order.

No licence is granted to you in these Conditions to use any of our trademarks.

We use this website to do business-to-business transactions, and therefore the Distance Selling Regulations (2000) do not apply. Every effort is made to ensure that the information held is accurate. Pictures and colours may not be accurately represented due to lighting. Details of delivered goods may vary due to differences at time of manufacture. Where the product are sold in packs, we describe the usual pack configuration. This Website is controlled and operated in the United Kingdom.
